After your skin is cleansed and toned up, follow STEP 3 of the Sane routine. Apply Retinol treatment in a gentle circular motion to your face and neck. For Retinol beginners: apply 1 pump on the face and neck twice a week in the evening.
For advanced users: apply as a usual PM cream.
STRICTLY PM USE! Next day wear sunscreen!
